Redeye Coffee House opened on Market Street with a single belief: that great coffee doesn't need noise to be noticed. In a town that moves at its own pace, we built a space where the focus is on what matters — the quality of the bean, the care in the brew, and the comfort of the room.

Our roasters source selectively, our bakers start before dawn, and our baristas treat every order as a small act of craft. There are no shortcuts here, and you'll taste the difference in every sip.
